🐾 Willow’s Diary 🐾

“Queen of Naps and Reggie Surveillance”

Dear Diary,

I enjoy long naps.

Morning naps. Afternoon naps. Pre-dinner naps. Post-dinner naps.

Napping is a lifestyle. A calling. A sacred art.

Arya gets it. She’s chill. She respects the nap.

But this new dog—Reggie?

He’s like a caffeinated squirrel in a dog suit. Always watching. Always moving. Always there. Honestly, he should’ve been named Perry the Platypus. He’s got that same sneaky energy. I’ll be mid-nap and feel his eyes on me like I’m a suspicious package.

I’ve had to remind him—I’m alpha.

This house runs on my schedule. My rules. My naps.

Reggie needs to get it through his thick little head that bouncing around like a pogo stick doesn’t earn you rank. It earns you side-eye and a growl.

I’ve started napping in strategic locations. Places where I can block doorways, control traffic, and assert dominance. Arya nods in approval. Reggie tries to jump over me. He fails. I win.

Anyway, I’m off to nap again.

If Reggie tries to watch me, I’ll stare back until he remembers who’s boss.

With grace and authority,

Willow
