What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I used to love scuba diving. I could spend hours underwater, exploring and taking in the beauty of the deep. Shipwrecks were my favorite—each one felt like stepping into a hidden world frozen in time. I also had a passion for weightlifting. Just over a year and a half ago, I was benching 255 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps. I had just finished setting up my home gym with weights and wrestling mats to help my son train.

Now, I can’t do either of those things. Life is short. If there’s something you want to do, don’t wait. Don’t hold back. Don’t let fear stop you. Get out there and make it happen—while you still can.
